Sefton Coast Workshops

Article text
Workshop sessions on how to get the best images out of the Sefton Coastline either of Another Place or the woodland - dunes area at Formby are now in operation.
Groups consist of no more than four people at any one time and will concentrate on improving your photographic skills and knowledge. It is important that you bring along a camera (any type of digital or film camera) and preferably a tripod if you have one, otherwise tripods can be borrowed from Ron for the duration of the session.
Workshops are now taking place of an afternoon, starting around 2.00pm at this time of year and are of three to four hours duration (depending on sunset times and tides) and consist of no more than four photographers. The cost is £ 60.00 per photographer (a companion is welcome at no charge)
During the session Ron will show you how to select a picture, to see as the camera sees, how to get the best exposure, and discuss ways of improving your images after capture.
All skill levels will be welcome.
After each session Ron will invite you to email him some of your pictures taken during the session and he will advise you as to ways of improving them suitable for print.
Sessions at other times of the day can be booked upon consultation with Ron although it is recommended that early morning and evenings are the best times for photography.
Anyone who would like to partake in a workshop is invited to register their interest via the Contact page or ring direct on 0151 931 2301.
